Body Dysmorphic Disorder is a condition in which one is overly concerned with his or her appearance. One or more aspects of the body become the focus of obsession and compulsive behavior. It is a very real and serious concern.

Please refrain from posting texts or photographs that may be triggering. If you are discussing a specific trigger - something that concerns you- reading it may cause increased symptoms in others. Warn them by placing "trigger" in the subject.

We welcome discussion of treatments, tips and tricks, progress updates and support. As always, be mindful of all of the board rules.
