I probably worry about money more than anything. I know that this is a realistic concern. Everyone worries about money. But I know that I take it to an extreme. I literally don't spend money on myself unless I really have to. I wear my clothes and shoes until they're destroyed. I only buy makeup when I've literally scraped every bit out of the container. (And by then they've usually stopped making that color. 
) DH and I both have good, steady jobs. We don't miss payments on anything and we don't have bad debt. But I constantly feel like we're two steps from a cardboard box on the curb. I spend hours trying to find ways to make more money. Some of that is the mania from my bipolar. But the fear stays with me through the cycle.
What worries you? What do you do to make yourself feel better?
